Hi all,
I am sure you have all probably being ignoring the forums now as they hold no strength in anything.
However I would like someone that is a higher responsibility to look after our issues properly.
The problems that have happened are I have had 6 years of warranties on my unit for work. The unit has been constantly failing and having bad issues through out those 6 years.
HP have replaced the parts of the unit a number of times but even after the call out technicians have put on record that the issue was not what HP stated it to be, HP continued to replace with bad or damaged parts instead of listening to the experts.
so now 6 years later I am being asked to pay for another warranty that HP will not be able to repair yet again.
Here is where the situation get serious:
I have spoken to the CRT lead Manager over email only! He gives me half assed answers without good explanations.
I tried to contact him on phone and HE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER! as a professional I find this disgusting behaviour.
I have proof from my telecommunication company that this is what has happened as other people can contact him just not myself from landline or mobile.
I have lost a huge amount of work over this one person and he continues to act this way to put himself above the customers that give him his job.
IF someone out there knows how i can get a response from any of the top tier HP reps please message me before this ends up in a bad court case.
Hp might have a high team of lawyers but my clients are just as big and a large client of HP also.

I am sorry you are upset.
We are a peer-to-peer user community.
Your comments are welcome on the Community as long as they adhere to the
HP Community Rules of Participation
That said,
Because we cannot / will not engage in a battle of this type,
I will send your comments to our moderators for Review.
Request for Review
- I have submitted a request that our Community moderators review your question / concern.
Worth Noting
- Our Community is not an HP business group.
- We are not HP Technical Support, nor are we HP Sales, Service, or Warranty.
- Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome: Our request is not a magic back door into HP Support.
- The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
- If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.
Important
- Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”. Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
- Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
- Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from rats and scammers.
Thank you for participating in the HP Community.

I also recommend that you contact the HP executive team at the link below.
Executive Team: CEO email | HP® Official Site
I see from your litany of previous grievances, that your issues have not been resolved via the community forum.

I gave it a try to see what happens but who knows.
@Paul_Tikkanen I was actually hoping someone in the forum could help with a software issue the support team could not fix.
This has been on going and all they do is try to fob me off and try to squeeze more money off me for a measly 3 months worth over 500 euro ridiculous!
