HP Customer Service

Hi, I recently bought 2 computers: a desktop and a laptop. The desktop, after having been shipped via FedEx, it appeared on the FedEx traking system for three days like stuck in Texas. I therefore called FedEx and they told me that it was wierd and they were going to investigate on it. Since I was a little concerned, because the time was critical for me, I also called HP customer service and they replied to call FedEx without even calling them for me. I would have appreciated HP doing this job for me also because provided that HP is FedEx customer, it has much more power in having things troubleshuted.

The laptop was shown to be shipped on December 8th and when I asked the HP customer service on December 9th to ask what was the status and why it was not shipped, they told me that they did not know how to answer this question and that when it would have been shipped I would have been advised via email.

Next time, before buying an HO computer I will think twice.
