Product: HP EX950
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I bought a HP EX950 2TB SSD on 11/25/2019 with Limited Warranty period: 5 years on Newegg. now, it is still under warranty and it is not working for some reason. currently, I was not in the US, so I was trying to get warranty service in China. I checked the warranty policy for HP, and it says when the same product is sold on this country, they should provide the same warranty service but when I go to HP china, they refuse to provide the warranty service. So I want to know what should I do, do I need to send the product back to US to get my warranty working?
