HP Recommended

I see this is a major issue online.... left screen separation.... my laptop mostly has sat in the same place so when i heard a tick it was one thing but the screen is actually separating on the left hinge..

 

I see alot of other people are asking why and what to do....... has anyone made a full resolve on this situation.

 

HP Envy Community? ANYONE know what the deal is here?
