Hi, I've been trying to view my HP Warranty cases however since HP changed it's support login my account isn't tied to my company's organization account. Whenever I try to view a case in the "submitted by me" tab an error displays saying "Your Organization account may not be set up properly and you may not have permissions to see the case. Please look for the case ID in the case list in the My Views sections." Also whenever I try to submit a new HP warranty case it won't let me select an account name to submit the warranty under.

Ansteeno,

Check under your profile section and make sure you have the correct company selected under "Account Name" just under your e-mail address
