Hello, I recently purchased a brand new HP Prime Graphing Calculator. The product is great. I am running into an issue. When I attempt to connect the device to a pc or the supplied power block while the calculator is powered on, the calculator immediately starts power cycling. turning off and on very rapidly, making it impossible to update firmware or even charge the device and use it simultaneously. Is my product defective? Is this an issue for anyone else? Do i need to return my product?
