Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this problem with my HP prime calculators:

when I install the last firmware 2.1.14603 (2021 12 02) on my C version and then I try to run HP Connecitivity kit software,

if I try to click on icons in the left column, the calculator turn off and then turn on. This situation doesn’t permit to use the calculator with PC (transfer programs, etc.). How can I solve this problem? I have this problem with all my four hp prime calculators, but If Install the previous firmare (for example 2.1.14425 (2020.01.16)), the problem ending.

Thanks and regards.
