I have an out of warranty HP desktop PC. I called about the issue with my PC and they told me they can fix this problem if I purchase the smartfriend individual plan for $49.99. I did and I then called for tech support for my PC and they couldn't fix the problem with my PC even after speaking with 3 agents. I later found out that I was lied to about this plan . I wasn't explained of the monthly $14.99 fee and I was overcharged by $35 instead of $14.99. They only told me it is a 30 days plan for $49.99.

I called the same day to cancel this for refund but they told me they have to have a manager and billing dept look in to this and it will take few days for them to contact me.

I was going to possibly purchase a new HP desktop PC in the near future but after this poor experience, I won't purchase HP product again because I don't like being lied to and I don't like being overcharged! Also very poor tech support!

i tried canceling  for refund many times on phone  but they said a separate so called case manager/billing department will call me. They wouldn't cancel it even after speaking to a supervisor.

No one has called me.

I have had the same experience as the last person and this experience has put such a horrible taste in my mouth I will NEVER buy HP again. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours, getting tossed from department to department, all telling me that the "next transfer" will be able to process a refund. This is absolutely disgusting business
