Product: HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC

HP Support Dashboard  - When contacting HP Tech Support to send back a product to be repaired - there is no location within HP Support Dashboard to add what was wrong with the device that was sent for repairs.  no tracking area so I suggest to add a location with HP Dashboard to show why the product was sent for repairs.
