HP call line too slow

HP Recommended

Waited 28 min two days ago 38 and counting today.  I wish the person responsible for the recorded messages had to listen to them over and over ad nauseum so he could enjoy them, too.

Trust me when I tell you that NONE of the phone lines indicated in your link are answered in real time, either.


While the forum is a place for user to user help - THIS forum is labled "your voice" and his "voice" is that, with each passing day, HP is becoming more and more like Dell -- and I don't mean that in a good way.


It is probably his hope - and it CERTAINLY is MY hope ... that once in a great while an actual executive of HP peruses these forums and listens to "our voices" and takes action.   Although I certainly wouldn't bet the ranch on it.


58 minutes on hold with the Care Pack Sales Dept ... every 60 seconds offered to press "1" to leave a message, so after almost an hour, I do.


"We're sorry but the person at extension 'care pack post sales support' does not have enough memory in their mailbox to accept new messages"


Imagine my confidence level in HP
