I bought a cable for my windows mixed reality and they simply canceled my purchase without explanation and I need the cable for my vr to work, and this cable can only be purchased here

IN  https://store.hp.com/us/en my order does not appear

In my email hp send me This order got cancelled due to credit card issues

But the invoice is already on my credit card and hp did not give me a refund

I don't have a cell phone number to call the united states

I'm really disappointed because nobody solves my problem

Hi ChesterLenda,

 

You may have to call them at 1888-999-4747 to check the reason why the order was cancelled or you may visit the website at https://store.hp.com/us/en. On the top corner youll see Order Status. Click it then enter the order number which normally start with H33 then enter your email address.
