2 years ago I returned a badly assembled ENVY laptop, with a lot of hurdle... But the most troublesome was waiting when the product is shipped, then waiting for countless returns from the service.
2 yers have passed, I had another portable laptop failed and found no better model by specifications on the market, than HP Pavilion Aero 13. Since last time I had problems with custom-ordered unit, this time I simply ordered it from the regional(Japan) HP online catalogue.
And what do you think? Again, JP office has offer me to cancel the order because they have no stocks, and do not know when will it be shipped!
It is ridiculous! HP Pavilion Aero 13 is the mainstream model, which should be on every shelf in every store! There should be millions of these laptops prepared in stock in Japan only!
But when I visited the 3 largest electronic malls in Japan, I did not find any HP, except the last year 17" Envy model.
HP, what the heck is going on? You have a great design which may beat Dell, Lenovo and Microsoft out of the market. But you fail it completely with logistics, support, and idiotic pushing of SureView to every luxury model.
(btw, the only reason I did not order Spectre, oe Envy was the SureView-evil inside)

I want to know, when will HP start hipping Pavilion Aero 13s again!?
What kind of practice is that, selling laptops which do not exist?
I have paid it, and I want it delivered ASAP!

On March 16 I finally received my laptop... with a damaged touchpad. Now I have to wait while they "comprehend" the replacement, and send me a new unit. AGAIN! A basic model with no customization. WHY!
