Hi, originally I noticed that my account location was set to United States, which was true until I moved to Israel. So now I am living in Israel I changed my My Account Profile to Israel, but I left my Preferred Language as English (UK). But the next time I opened my Support Dashboard it opened in Hebrew. I don't speak Hebrew, so I looked for where I could change it back to English, but I couldn't find anywhere to do it. Meanwhile my Preferred Language was still set to English (UK) but that didn't help.
So I changed my MY Account/Profile/Country or region to United Kingdom, and left my Preferred Language as English (UK) but that doesn't help either.
On my HP Customer Support - Contact page it says that my Location is set to United States. I don't really care what all these settings are set up as, I just want my Support Dashboard in English.
Does anyone know how to fix that, please?

sorry, i don't know if i understood correctly
but try this
I logged in, and the address is
https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/dashboard/device
So in French
but obviously nothing to change the Language
if i modify like this
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/dashboard/device
It is displayed in English
I did several tests all the same to get there

So in French

Thanks Prom. Sorry for the extra long question. I should just have written "My dashboard is in the wrong language, how do I change it to English?"

So that was an excellent answer you gave me. It doesn't solve my problem. Once I log out and then log back in I get the Dashboard back in the wrong language again. I.e. it wasn't a permanent fix. But it does help me to switch it back to English by typing in gb-en each time I log in, in the middle there.

So you didn't fix my problem but you gave me a good work-around. I would really prefer my Dashboard to be automatically in English but I guess that is not going to happen, since there is no one at HP who can help. They only give Tech help.

Still, you have given me an answer even if it didn't solve my problem, so I shall count it as an "Accept as Solution," since this is the best I'm going to get.

Indeed, it seems to be linked to the registration, I have not found a way to change it definitively.

 

And at one point, I managed to find a page, indicating it seems to me how, to contact Hp for HP dashboard
then impossible to find the page
What I got next doesn't help more than that obviously
