Whenever i try to download the driver software it says, hp site we are temporary unavailable.
Even assistance doesnt not show any updates.
I'm a user here sorry if tag the wrong category, let me know.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
The response from my region (USA) works after manually selecting the Windows version.
It is a little slow, but it does open...
Open the Home Page:
Open Category Software and Drivers
Manually set the Windows version to Windows 10 does
There have not been any updates for a while - years in some cases.
There was one update in 2021 -- the rest are older.
I would guess that if you are using (for example) the HP Support Assistant, the application cannot find any updates and does not know what to do next. That might cause the site to hang.
If you cannot open the site from your browser,
Clear cookies and cache - try again
OR perhaps
Try a different browser
Could just be "too slow to go" -- try another network, at a friend's house, at work...

When the website support page opens, Select (as available) a Category > Topic > Subtopic
