I have been a long time customer of HP and have used the same email address for years with HP.  Trying to sign in today and get some help it is like I have been "scrubbed" from the HP register.  Trying to find a way to contact HP and get help from a real person has been a maze with my ending up with no help at all despite running the HP webpages maze.

 

How does one get to talk and make contact to a real person who can solve my issue and understand what I am asking?  Their AI is pretty useless with it gets to solving an issue like this.

 

Thanks in advance for suggestions on how to resolve.

Currently using the HP Office Jet 8720 but I have registered several other HP Printers over the years.

 

I am certain I am registered because I have been using the same email for all, and I have been receiving HP support and email to that email over the years.  When I tried to log in using my address all of a sudden I am unknown to HP.   Tried as many pathways to talk with an individual who could help but was totally unable to find a link, the AI robot was  useless.


When I re-registered my screen name was taken.  As an active customer, I spent a ton of time on your website and got nowhere.

 

Any idea why I seem to have been scrubbed from your system for customer support?
