Hello,

I have the following problems with the HP webpage and logging into the community.

the fist problem is that I have to keep changing my password to log in to the community this problem just happens don’t get any warning all I get is the community page telling me wrong password, but I have entered the right password.

the second problem is that HP.com does not work with safari on IOS, it cannot display the webpage.

any help with these problem would be appreciated

Can you explain to us about your error in the HP pages? We need more info about this errors to understand if this error it is a general error or a isolated error. How many times and when occurred the error? 

 

What is the browser that you have been in used? Did you have try anothers web browsers? This error with the password, did have occurred today with you? If in this moment you dont have any trouble to log in the community, cheers!!! But if occurred again feel free for loocking for us to get help. 


And please tried this steps if the error continues:

1 - clear the web browser history.

2 - clear the web cookies.

3 - and if possible for you, please try in another web browser.

 

About the hp.com, try this link please: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/home.html

 

I have try here, and its works.
