Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hello,
On March 13 I ordered a refurbished HP branded laptop PC from an American dealer.
This pc had a 1 month warranty from HP.

After receiving the PC I realize that a notch located on the back of the PC is not properly fixed and
I therefore contact the HP warranty service.
I send to them pictures and they tell me that there is no problem but that it will take a while because
the part must be ordered in the United States. Arrived in May, I contacted customer service again to find out the status of my file.
I am told that the part takes a long time to reach them because of the delays related to the coronavirus.
I point out that the one month warranty is going to be up and they support me that there is no problem
because I made the request when the pc was still under warranty. Still having no news since I decided to contact the service again a 3rd time and the surprise the speech has
completely changed: I am explained a part has only been ordered if I want to repair my pc it will be done at
my expense and that the warranty did not take into account the notch problem on the back of my pc. Is all this really legal? Was there something chosen to do against this sudden reversal of the jacket?
