HP Notebook 15-dy1078nr

Hello HP community.

I purchased a laptop on Oct 2nd, 2024. The battery was dead on arrival and even after charging for multiple days it does not work.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and they run the same tests over and over without resolution. It seems like they don't have the ability to get my laptop to a repair facility and it's really frustrating.

How can I get my laptop fixed without having to go through days and days of testing over and over again? Is there some secret super support staff that can fly out of the sky like a superhero and fix my issue?

Case [text omitted to protect user privacy]-20 closed without resolution.
