Hi, I know that this is probably the wrong place to post this but I am at my wits end with HP and hope that someone will be able to help me. I am looking for a Customer Service number that I can speak to  a real person about a refund that has not been paid on a returned order. I returned the order on the 11/23/2021 which was paid for through my credit card and HP's policy stated that refunds will be paid within 5 working days and I am still waiting as I type. 

I have used the online chats twice which was to no avail. Each time the chats would go so far then they would say I will give you a phone number to call. 

I also sent e-mails to them but still no response, I have also tried various customer service numbers which have always lasted forever and promised a refund within 3-5 days with an email coming in 2 days and I never received anything. This has happened 3 times! So much time spent and no results! I returned an unopened printer with an HP return label.

I therefore would appreciate if someone out there has a Customer Service number that deals with complaints regarding refunds.

I see you are looking to speak with the HP Customer support regarding the Refund. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support team in your region regarding the refund.

 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:  

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp 

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.  

4) Select the country from the drop-down.  

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.  

6) Fill the web form and proceed further.  

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.  

 

For any hardware issue or repair please click on the link Phone Assist Worldwide
