How can I delete my account and data??

This has been one of the most frustrating printers I've ever experienced.  Also I've been trying to find an option to delete my account and there doesn't seem to be anything.  Can you please put in a request to delete my account and data from HP Smart?

I understand that you need to delete the account from HP smart .
