When I joined I saw the option to upload my own image, and that some users are able to.  How is this possible please?

Well, now I know - when you reach Grad Student, you can use your own image choice as an Avatar.  I work in the Shipping Industry, so I have chosen a Ship's Telegraph, "Full Steam Ahead" 🙂

It's been awhile but I think you need a certain rank and or posts.

The image you upload needs to be a certain size.

When you click on the image you will see the option to USE as AVATAR.

Not 100% sure but I will double check.

Thank you. I get no options when I click on the image, I'm sure I am far off qualifying if status is the requirement 😞
