How do I change my account from General Store to Education Store?

Hello, I registered my account using my university email and made a regular account. However, my account only has access to the General Store under my account info. I tried to then register for the HP Education account using my same university email, but it won't work because it said I've already used that email before.

How do I change this? Thank you for your time and help.
