I tried to change my email, and this is what it said: Username/email not available

How can I change my email? I will be closing that email, but I need to change my email at HP (and on my printer for scanning) so I can continue using the scanner.

I MOVED AND HAD AN EMAIL CHANGE AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO UPDATE THE PRINTER WITH MY NEW ADDRESS. BEEN ON HOLD FOREVER AFTER FAILING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
