Hi!
how do i send a warranty request to HP?
I can only see an option to call them on the phone on the hp website.
Is there a web form or some other way to do it? I am deaf and prefer not to use the telephone.
I have logged into the website and scoured the website for a couple of days without any luck so far.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends).
Response times may vary by region.
Please send us a Private Message, if you aren't contacted within 4-5 business days.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).
