Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So like a lot of people I ordered an HP 30L Desktop on Jan 19. 2/19 was the estimated ship date and today I received an extended ship date of 3/23/2021. Unfortunately I am not willing to wait that long and that is in no fault of HP because I do understand what is happening in the current environment. Also I feel as though the date will continue to be extended.  Based on what I see it can be difficult dealing with customer service when attempting to cancel or and receive a refund.

Is there someone who knows the best way of going about cancelling an order that has yet to even be assembled?

Thank you in advance.
