On April 24th I contacted HP tech support and the agent informed me I would need to pay a ONE- time fee of 14.99 to receive the additional services needed to support my request. I have been charged 4 consecutive months for a service I was told would be a one time fee. I have  spoke with multiple agents within HP and Smartservice regarding this matter. 
 
There is no option to cancel this feature on either website. They have repeatedly said someone would call me back but haven't. Has anyone had any luck with this issue?  I'm in total disbelief that a company as large as HP would operate in this manner. I'm considering consulting the Better Business Bureau.

! I understand your concern and to help you out, I have escalated your concern to HP's Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options (if any). 

 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region. 

 

Please send us a Private Message, if you aren't contacted within 4-5 business days.  

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).

And Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well.
