Hi FarhadMaudarun, thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums.

 

To create a new topic / post,  first navigate to the board relating to your question (for example, Printer, All-in-One Install and setup ) 

 

At the top left of the page, click on the black button that says "New post"  (it's above the Announcements bar).  That's it! 😃
