Welcome to the HP Community.

I am sorry this happened to you.

The simple answer = "No".

HP does not track lost or stolen computers.

The longer answer

"IF you had prepared ahead of time", then Maybe the computer could be tracked.

IF you had switched on Windows Find my Device

Microsoft Support – Find and lock a Windows Device

IF you had purchased and installed PC tracking / locking software

Optional Coverage – Track and Lock

HP does not track / lock computers.

That said, if the product is available in your region,

Absolute Protection provides several services, including Delete, Locate, Recover

Search for "Absolute" or  "Absolute Home & Office"
