HP Spectre x360 - 15t-df000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an Hp Spectre x360 along with a 3 year Hp Care pack with the ability for a refund  after the 3 years were up if the Care pack was NOT used.  The extended warranty expired in January of this year 2022. I submitted all of the paperwork to get the refund  -TWICE- and was told that it would be a 8 week wait time . That 8 week time period has come and gone. and i have received no response. 

I would like my refund of this product as stated in the product description.

I see you are experiencing HP Carepack Refund issues with the HP Spectre X360 Laptop. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.

Well I can't contact hp support without paying  which does not solve the problem. If I can't contact help  without hp telling me to pay for help to get my contracted money back that's not really a solution.
