I recently got the Hp Pocket Playlist as a gift and i followed the instructions but my blue light dosent come on when im on WI-FI mode and when i use the usb cord in the computer nothing comes up. I am using windos 8.1 i don't know if its too new or the Hp Pocket Playlist is a dud

I found the manual for this device.  Look through it and see if it helps with your issue.

I did see reference to a reset button that will reboot the device.
