Hello I am new here. First of all, I have ordered a gaming laptop on November 25 and then got an email that my oder was canceled on the 27th but I don't know why. I've been calling for 5 hours and got no response yet. What's worse is that it was on sale and now the price has gone up. Is there a way to get that canceled product to continue shipping without changing the original price that I've bought it in?

Welcome to the HP Community.
My experience is that if an order is cancelled, there is always a reason.
I would guess the order was cancelled when it was discovered that there is no stock to cover the order - parts missing, whole item not available, "something".
That said, nothing we say here is anything but our opinion.
We are a User-to-User Community forum - we do not have access to Sales or any HP Service.
You want (need) to talk to the Store / Customer Service. Ask - see what you can find out.
Yes, it is incredibly difficult to get through - the Store is swamped with holiday orders.
Yes, prices seem to be climbing on everything each and every day.
Awful situation from gas and groceries to tech and toys...
