i recently called your customer care team and was greeted by ‘Francis’ I hope I spelled her name correctly it was an ‘instant ink’ problem, i would just like to say firstly Iam an extremely happy customer love your products but this member of staff ‘Francis’ was just simply amazing she was polite super helpful engaging very clearly spoken but most of all she made me feel at ease and she has an incredible voice and knows how to help people you guys are very lucky to have her on the team I enjoyed the call and fixed my issue I’d just like to give her another HUGE shout out THANK YOU Francis your the best well done
