I accidentally created a second HP Smart account that is using a work email. I need to delete it and associate my printer with the correct HP Smart account

  • Are you referring to the HP Connect account?

Refer to the YouTube link: How to Remove a Printer from Your HP Smart Account  By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.
