I've been reading posts complaining about HP products who are really frustrated about the help they're getting (or NOT getting). A suggestion is to find out the company HEADQUARTERS info, such as the address, presidents name, phone numbers, etc.

If you aren't being treated the way you feel you should be and you have that info you could at least write a letter describing your problems and feelings (be nice..that get's a better response):smileywink: and let them know you'll be getting hold of any consumer protection organizations that are available to get a resolution to your problem.

YES!..... you should NOT have to go to such extremes. But sadly we (consumers) sometimes have to go 'over the head' of those who aren't giving us the help we deserve. And you can normally find the above suggested info by 'googling' the companies name and asking for the corporate offices. You SHOULD be able to find it that way.

Just a suggestion but hopefully it will give you another 'choice' when you aren't getting anywhere here.

Best of luck too!

I will never buy a Hp printer!!!!!! I hate it! I had a cannon and it worked for 5 long happy years! It was simple and easy! I tired to take it back 3 weeks after I purchased. The store( staples)  would not take it back. Since they would not let me return it I asked them to throw it away and I was told it was not a problem as long as I paid for the re-cycle.Och!

I learned two things today!

1) Never buy a HP

2) Never buy anything at staples!!!!!

I have a HP Officejet j4680 all in one...How about they rename it

Hp desk decor that does not print  not an-all-in-one.

Forget calling for help because you will waste several hours with a person that you cannot understand.

Hate it! Hate it!!!!!!

I am willing to tell everyone that I know!
