I bought an HP laptop on december 2020. My manufacturer warranty ended on december 2021, but a month before it ended I subscribed to an HP Care Pack Service, however I've been getting a pop up window telling me my warranty expired december 2021 and that I have to buy a new one. I became confused because of this and decided to check the status of my warranty which appears as expired. Is there a way I can contact HP to see if they can validate the Care Pack Service I bought?

I see you are experiencing HP Carepack issues with the HP Laptop. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the warranty update.
