In the forum I CANNOT SEE the "Accept as solution" button...... :(

The Accept as Solution button is located exactly under the "Reply" and "Quick Reply" buttons. Please see the picture below.

  Hi,I Havn't got, as an option a Black "accept as solution" button. I Havn't got that option Now, nor have I ever been given that option in the past.

Can you try using a different browser when logging on? If you can post a screen shot that would help as well.

I Cannot post a screenshot because I Dont have the technical knowledge Or ability. I'm using "flashpeak slimbrowser" atm, But I'll try again sometime later using IE 9. Thanks.

Hi,

In looking at the posts you participated in, it appears that the thread was started by another user. You can only see the “Accept as Solution” button on thread started by you.

IF I use IE9 I can use the 'Accept as solution' black button, But Not on 'flashpeak slimbrowser'......       🙂

Thanks for the follow up. That explains it, unfortunately flashspeak slimbrowser is not supported for the community.
