Incorrect billing

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new laptop in April, and just received an email saying that HP has not received a returned laptop for a warranty replacement.  And that they will bill me if they do not receive it soon.  There obviously isn't a return laptop, and I have proof that HP already charged me for the laptop.  I have spent two days trying to navigate the website to post about this, and this is my last resort.  Any suggestions?
