Hi everyone! This is pretty random, but I work at a kitchen appliance company and we have an old HP Faxitron 43855A x-ray machine that we use on heaters, thermal fuses, and other products to provide more analytical info if we run into any issues. However, we need to get the machine calibrated before an inspection, and I can't find ANYTHING on here even acknowledging it exists lol. I'm looking through the manual and it discusses calibration and a few things, but there's no info on who to contact for that. I reached out to the state and a private inspector who both said "contact the manufacturer to see what they say about calibration". Does anyone know where I might be able to find this info or who might be able to help? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

HP does not do analytical equipment today.

Everything was passed to Agilent and later, RF equipment was passed to Keysight daughters many many years ago. I guess, you should contact Agilent first.

Thank you very much, that's at least a step in the right direction of who I could contact and might be able to find the info I need, so thank you!
