Sorry if this isnt in the right place but the phone lines for the store just kept looping me and referring me back to the website.
I placed an order for a hp pavilion gaming laptop. Order placed. Confirmation email that order had been received. It asked me to sign up to track my order. So when I did this, it came up on the mobile site as my order was cancelled? When I go to the desktop version it shows as.just processing? So I am confused- is it cancelled or ok? Any advice would be great!
