Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have seen several "new to the Forum" HP reps who are supplying a link to "Phone Assist Worldwide".

 

We "senior members" of this Forum were told constantly that we were to use the "Contact Support" link for a user to get a phone number:   https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

 

Have things changed on HP's end?  

 

Are we helpers here now supposed to supply the same phone link to the users?

indeed @WyreNut  I have not seen this type of message

 

but indeed it is recommended that we only use method n° 2

We shouldn't give the page numbers Phone Assist Worldwide". because of spam, it seems to me

I don't know if they are still operational
but we might not even be able to give them in a private message
which could be practical sometimes, since it seems to bug sometimes, with the procedure Contact HP

Thank you. I am curious why these tech companies brag about 24 hour support when the so-called "support" tells me to call back during business hours. what's up with that?
