Is there a way to change an order

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1070m

my dad bought two gaming desktops thinking that we could upgrade most parts but then once we ordered them we realized we cannot change the power supply due to the mother board. So unfortunately we are stuck on if we can call and still edit the purchase since the shipping date is 4/5/2021 or get our money back and choose the upgraded 400 watt power supply. I’m sure the desktop will run decent with the 310 but I would prefer the 400 due to the use Im going to give it is there anywhere I can call or what does the community recommend doing?
