Hi,
Has anyone here had major problems in getting things fixed? For more than a year now I have been hassling with these guys to get my computer fixed. 4x I've sent my computer in for repair on my ADP warranty and 4x it has not been fixed. I have been very clear and concise about the issues with my computer yet it is still returned unrepaired (or MAYBE 1 thing fixed, sort of.). Now, they've promised me a new one for a month and a half. Still nothing. Once, they sent it to another state! Could not believe it. School has resumed and I still do not have my machine. This is where having a good friend comes in handy only problem is I can't lug it with me.
