Hi,
I tried to sign up for the student discount program using my university email address, but it doesn't seem to have worked. I click on the complete registration link in my email, and it tells me "Failed to change user device. User is already registered." But I am not already registered as a student, I just created the account. I tried to contact customer service but got transferred many times, and eventually, the connection was lost. If someone could provide me with insight on what to try next, that would be helpful!
