HP Recommended

I called in to Hp support for help and spoke to a gentleman  named  Jamey M. .  Jamey was very knowledgeable about what my issue was as well as, a wonderful person to speak with.  He had the most pleasant telephone demeanor, which made me feel comfortable talking to him.  He gave me insight on many option that Hp offered and displayed his knowledge in all fields of pricing and upgrades. Pure perfection !  Jamey diagnosed my issue from my ambiguous definition in a matter of minutes and educated me on what to do in the future.  Again, pure perfection at it's best.  Thank you Jamey M for all your help !!!!!  :generic:
