Microsoft Windows 11

I have reached hp support at the 16th day of the laptop delivery but found nothing upfront, their tag line is just 24 -48 hrs you will get assistance since 10 days nothing is working, I need to just follow up with laptop hp support no other job they think, just invest money do follow up with support.

 

I got call for doa they said you will get call from higher management but no call.

 

Two days back technician came he said you need to do is installation, I asked him to do it. He tried 2 hours said it will be done, nothing worked out the same error, I called many times to support but it's useless, this is first and last time getting hp device to my bucket, not sure who will help and how it will resolve.
