Need help for getting email ids of senior level of HP India DOA team or escalation matrix. Laptop declared DOA due to its failure within 14 days of purchase. As per policy it should gets replaced with new one but nothing's happened and no one from DOA is responding. HP DOA Replacement - Case ID - ***bleep***
