Microsoft Windows 11

On 10/9/24 I signed up for the laptop subscription program and paid the 1st month. Per the website, I was to receive my laptop within 3 business days. On 10/15 I spoke with support who said they would escalate the ticket and I should hear back within a day or two. I again called a few mins ago and now I’m being told it could be another 5-7 business days just to get a response!! I’m NOT happy as I am in school and my old laptop broke, which is why I ordered this subscription and now it could be almost 2 more weeks with weekends before I even hear when I MIGHT get my laptop!! Thanks for nothing. Just another ripoff it seems
