With less than one year on my WARRANTY I was informed my warranty would expire in a few days.
I replyed NONSENSE... I still had about 6 month to left.
With still one month left... Help desk in the Filipines refused to help coz my warranty had expired.
First they lied that the one year warranty was a STORE extended warranty and then they tryed to expline that
the one year was from the date the Store had RECEIVED the printer and not the PURCHASE date.
I think HP uses OUTSOURCING to LIE FOR THEM and make people pay for TECH SUPPORT.
I'd rather buy a new printer from someone else than buy HP PRODUCTS or pay for Tech Support.

Then you didnt read it completely. it is FORUM FEEDBACK. so only feedback about the forum and issues faced while using the forums needs to be posted here. so, You're in the wrong section.
