Order was marked as delivered by FedEx on 1/24/2022. I went downstairs to check at 4:35pm and didn't see the order. I was home all day and I don't believe in 20 minutes, someone would have stolen my package in the lobby room because packages there have been left for days sometimes. I even saw the FedEx delivery truck on my block at 4:00pm. I contacted FedEx and couldn't even get to a real person. Instead their virtual assistant said they would investigate. On 01/27/2022, FedEx sent a text saying that they were finished their research and that the product was indeed delivered, so I needed to contact the shipper to submit a claim. I also talked to an HP supervisor on 01/25/2022 who first asked me whether or not I had contacted FedEx (yes) and  who then asked me to file a police report in order to speed up the process with FedEx. I submitted a report online and have emailed [content removed]. Let's hope they get back to me. HP apparently did not even request signature approval. They said FedEx is responsible for the missing order, but can HP use a more trustworthy shipper? I have received a lot of orders before and just yesterday a FedEx order for a very inexpensive item was delivered inside to the lobby. I don't believe that FedEx would have delivered it to the wrong building/unit because we regularly received FedEx orders. My apartment neighbours have also had expensive orders delivered and have not been stolen from the lobby. I'm out $1000 and it seems like this whole process will take a lot of time, if I ever even do see my refund.
