My devices not shown in support dashboard

I recently changed both username and email address connected to my HP account.

Now, when I log in to my https://support.hp.com/us-en/dashboard  , my earlier registered devices are not shown anymore.

However, when I want to add them again, I am told that these devices are already in my dashboard/profile.

What can I do?
